Let me start by saying, outstanding service. Alex Thomas at Kane Mortgage was able to get my loan refinance done when others said they were not able to and with no major issues either. Alex is also looking ahead for my mortgage’s future and will notify me once interest rates drop again so I can refinance at a lower rate. Alex was super helpful and was able to answer every question I had through out the process, making the whole experience much better for a financial novice like myself. Alex kept in constant contact through out the process so I never felt like I was alone during it. Kane explained and helped me along every step of the process. He crunched basic numbers every now and then to see my affordability when rated changed. After finally going under contract Kane made the process simple. He explained how things are going to unfold and what information I needed to get to him. I did what he instructed and the process moved along like a well oiled machine! Kane also instructed me to take a new course I paid $99 for and it saved me $1250 off closing costs! After closing my monthly mortgage is about $150 less a month than estimated, and closing costs were nearly $2000 less than expected!
